Once tickets have been purchased, refunds are not accepted, except in the case of cancellation of the visit due to scheduling or closure of the Collegiate Church.

Access rules
- Outside of established hours, tourist visits are not allowed.

- It is mandatory to purchase a ticket.

- Pets are not allowed, except guide dogs.
- The entrance to the visit is always through the “Puerta de los Apóstoles”.
- It is mandatory to enter well dressed.
- The photographs or videos taken can only be used for personal or private use and never for commercial purposes.
- Photography or recording is not permitted during acts of worship without permission from the Insigne Collegiate Church of Gandia. Doing so may constitute a crime of violation of image rights.
